Every decision is on the record. Three steps: 1. bind_source binds a key, like customer.42.address, to a live source you own. 2. recall_live_fact reads it. Every read is fresh from the source. Nothing is cached. 3. commit_gated_action gates an action. Ogen reads the fact again at that moment, then releases the action, holds it for a named approver, or refuses it.
