Effective 2026-09-25. Patent pending.
Ogen is an MCP server your agent can ask a live question. Every read goes to the source you bound it to when the agent asks — never a cache of what it saw last time. Actions that are costly to undo wait for a person you named. Ogen never acts alone on a guess, and it never resolves a genuine disagreement between sources for you — it tells you, and the decision stays yours.
Live reads against the built-in demo source, the two demo actions (held for a person), and "what it caught" for the last 7 or 30 days — a fixed daily call cap applies.
Free until Ogen has held 10 actions, then $180 a month or $1,800 a year, prepaid, for up to 5 scopes, and $30 a month or $300 a year for each scope after. A scope is one kind of action with a named person who decides it.
$18,000/year, by conversation.
Unlimited sources and action kinds, multiple keys, longer retention, a named contact.
Negotiated.
A field-of-use license — hosted by us, or run in your own infrastructure.
Team and Licensed are arranged through the "Talk to us" form on the pricing section of the landing page.
Record, and every scope added to it, is billed annually, in advance, and is non-refundable except where the law requires a refund. If a payment is refunded or a chargeback is raised, the paid year is taken back the same way the payment granted it; if we later win the dispute, the year is restored. A card dispute is handled through your card network, not by us directly. Deleting your account does not restore money already paid, and winning a dispute after the account was deleted does not restore the account — the data is gone by then.
Ogen is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that a resolved answer is correct, current, or complete. You remain responsible for every action your agent takes, including any it takes on the basis of a value Ogen reads or an action Ogen releases.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ogen and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use Ogen after an update means you accept the current version, posted at this URL.
Governing law and venue will be stated here once confirmed with counsel. Until then, these terms are offered as a description of the service, not a contract.
Questions about these terms go through the "Talk to us" form on the landing page — we don't publish an email address.
